Congratulations for being selected to take part in the Revision Weekend taking place at Cliff Conference Centre.  We look forward to meeting you on Friday, 3rd of April.  

In preparation for the Revision Weekend, please fill out this Skills and Goals Questionnaire.  This will allow you to see your range of soft skills (e.g. confidence, communication, motivation).

We will then be able to use this to help you track the development of your skills and goals.

There are NO RIGHT or WRONG answers; just choose whichever answer is most relevant to you. This is purely to explore your skills and goals as they are at the moment.

To complete the questionnaire, simply click on the 'register now' button at the top of the page.  You will be taken to the questionnaire page where you will have up to 60 minutes to submit your answers, we do not expect it will take longer than 5 minutes for you to complete all the questions.
